1 To troubleshoot and manage the client network events for Insite clients and also assist the client with their queries and ensure we meet our agreed SLA’s.
2 The Co-ordination of fault escalations, in conjunction with the 1st level engineers providing high-level technical management of high priority or technically complex calls.
3 Perform advanced troubleshooting to isolate technical faults as the 2nd Level Escalation contact. Responsible for verification and ongoing management of all technical escalations.
Experience : 3 – 5 Years

4 Builds expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need.
5 Ensures that support is provided around-the-clock information transfer, processing is timely, efficient and meets the required service levels
6 Deliver internal training to 1st Level Engineers on Specialist products to ensure sufficient skills to cover 24×7 requirements.
Provide mentorship of 1st Level Engineers to develop technical awareness and meet objectives for certification
Jobs Seekers Profile
1 CCNA, CCNP certification preferred, Knowledge of any of the following: Cisco routers and switches, Frame relay, ISDN and ATM technology, NOS – NT, Novell, or Solaris, Checkpoint Firewall-1.
2 Having prior Technical (Networking LAN/WAN) experience is an advantage
